Food Review: Ayam Penyet

           I used to buy this Ayam Penyet in a restaurant called Uduk Udik who is in a Kota Baru, Prof. M. Yamin street, Pontianak. Which makes this Ayam Penyet special in this restaurant is a choice of rice, you can choose to eat this ayam penyet with regular rice or you want to eat ayam penyet with uduk rice. On riview this time, I ordered Ayam Penyet, uduk rice and ice tea. there is the picture:

           Let's start to review this food. I've often eaten here, so I know exactly how the taste. Like Ayam Penyet in general is a fried chicken and given spicy sauce on it. But the difference Ayam Penyet in here is the chicken bones so soft so you can eat it, and it feels very good to me. I suggest you to eat this Ayam Penyet with uduk rice, Because it's a special taste will spoil your tongue. Which I like from this uduk rice is fried onion sprinkled on it, although little but gives a very strong flavor. I also order the ice tea, because Ayam Penyet is so spicy, ice tea is very useful to relieve the spicy taste in the mouth.
